PRAYER
CHURCH-WIDE SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER MEETING
9-9:45AM in the Prayer Room (Rm 111).
PRAYER OF THE WEEK
As we continue our series in 2nd Timothy, let’s pray that as God’s people we’ll treasure Jesus and the Gospel more, and as a result that we’ll more passionately live to please Him in every area of our lives and unashamedly proclaim Him to the lost. Through the power of the Holy Spirit in us, ask the Lord that we may increasingly demonstrate that we are a people who have “been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13).
PRAYER TEAM
Prayer is a vital ministry in our church; if you’d like to join the Prayer Team or submit a prayer request (or both!) please email prayer@gccdenver.org.

October Evangelism Encouragement
From Michael Robble...
As we’ve heard in our 2 Timothy series, Paul exhorted Timothy to “not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God” (2 Timothy 1:8). This month, let’s be asking the Lord to help us, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to not be ashamed to tell others about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Filled with the Spirit, let’s seek to treasure the Gospel more; out of hearts full of love for Jesus, let’s tell others about Him. If you feel you need help or encouragement, click here to reach out to me.

Family Meeting
Our autumn family meeting is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 6PM. We typically have a couple of church-wide family meetings every year, which provide an opportunity to communicate the ‘state of the church’ to the members of GCC and to provide necessary and helpful updates on various ministries, initiatives, concerns, etc. These meetings are open to everyone who has become a member of GCC and to those currently participating in the Exploring Grace class. If you’re a member or in the Exploring Grace class, please prioritize this meeting! (And because meetings are more fun with food, please bring a snack to share.)
